Who will install my kitchen?
Your kitchen is fitted by our own dedicated fitting team, overseen by an installation manager — not left to chance or handed off. They handle the whole job with the same attention to detail we put into design

How long does a kitchen installation take?
Timescales will depend on the size and complexity of your kitchen so we provide a schedule for your
unique project. We take care of everything from the scheduling of delivery to the final finishing touches
so that everything runs smoothly and you aren’t left waiting on trades.
Do you manage the whole installation, or do I need to organise trades myself?
We manage it from start to finish. From scheduling of deliveries to the final finishing touches, our
installation manager co-ordinates everything so you don’t have to chase trades or worry about quality –
all you have to do is enjoy your new space.
Which areas do you install kitchens in?
We install kitchens across Essex and Maldon from our base in Ongar. Send us your postcode and we’ll
confirm we cover your area.
Is the fitting done by employed fitters or subcontractors?
Our fitting is handled by our own dedicated team under an installation manager, so the quality and finish
are controlled in-house from the first delivery through to completion.
Can I have my kitchen supplied only and fit it myself?
Yes. Alongside our full design, supply and installation service, we offer supply-only if you’d prefer to use
your own fitter. You get the same made-to-order quality either way.
What does your installation service include?
Our team manages the entire fit – organising deliveries, fitting your units and worktops, installing
appliances and doing the finishing touches – all under the watchful eye of our installation manager so
that nothing is left to chance.
Will you install the appliances too?
Yes. We supply and fit appliances from brands such as AEG, Miele, Franke and Quooker as part of the
installation, so your kitchen is finished and ready to use.
